Retail gravity.
A number of factors point to Daybreak as one of the Salt Lake Valley’s premier retail locations.
• SoDa Row, Daybreak’s first village center, opened in 2009. With its unique mix of shops, restaurants and services — as well as its colorful, contemporary architecture — SoDa Row has created an energetic retail environment within a walkable urban land plan.
• SoDa Row offers for-lease retail and office spaces sized between 1,200 and 33,000 square feet as well as for-sale, for-lease and build-to-suit pads ranging from .25 to 3.0 acres. Land lease options are also available.
• Daybreak’s retail areas are on or near the new Mid-Jordan TRAX line as well as the future Mountain View Corridor.
• Daybreak already has more than 8,000 residents, all within walking or biking distance. At buildout, that number is expected to top 70,000.
• Commercial tenants — such as the University Health Care regional medical center — are bringing many more customers into the community.
• A location in South Jordan, one of the fastest growing cities in Utah, places an estimated 52,0001 people within three miles of Daybreak.
• Daybreak is the crossroads of the West Bench, where most of the Salt Lake Valley’s growth is taking place.
• Daybreak residents are fiercely loyal customers — they want their neighborhood retailers to succeed.
