Heights Park Village

Heights Park Village

Heights Park Village

Heights Park Village sits atop a hill overlooking all the other villages surrounding Oquirrh Lake. From this elevation, your panoramic view of the Salt Lake Valley stretches out to the Wasatch Range. And your short bike ride to the lake is downhill all the way. It’s a choice location that’s made even more desirable by the fact that Heights Park will be one of the last villages in close proximity to Oquirrh Lake. And yet a wide range of home choices welcomes everyone from first-time homebuyers to growing families to people in their post-kids years.

Creekside is family-sized Utah living. Its highly evolved homes are open and flowing, with inspired indoor-outdoor living and state-of-the-art energy efficiency. TRAX light rail is just a five-minute bike ride away. And two brand-new schools are coming to Creekside — a K-6 elementary and the Academy of Innovation 6-12 charter school. Both are under construction, with the American Academy set to open in Fall 2016 and the elementary school on track to open in 2017.

Lake Village

Welcome to Daybreak’s premier village. We brought in some of the country’s most celebrated architects to create distinctive, cottage-inspired, lakeside homes that blur the line between inside and outside. Where doors and windows are meant to be thrown open, letting breezes flow through and providing effortless access to outdoor living spaces. Add in the Waterside Club with its beach access and private boathouse, and what you have is an entire village designed to embrace a lakeside lifestyle.

The beauty of shopping at a neighborhood boutique is that it helps you avoid that awkward moment when you go to a party or to the office and find yourself standing next to someone who’s wearing the exact same outfit you are. Porch

Everybody needs some good, old-fashioned comfort food every now and then. Which, if you toss out the “old-fashioned” part, is exactly what Porch specializes in. Porch may be in Daybreak, but it takes classic Southern recipes and gives them a fresh modern twist. Then serves them up along with craft cocktails, boutique wines and heaps of hospitality. When it’s nice out, you can even enjoy your meal on the big patio. Yes, Porch has a porch.

The Break Sports Grill

You don’t have to be a sports fan or a connoisseur of craft brews to enjoy this place. You just have to like eating delicious food. Such as the best mac-n-cheese on the planet (with bacon, please). Or how about a turkey cranberry sandwich? Or a sweet chili shrimp rice bowl? Or see if you can handle the ridiculous Big Bad Wolf burger. Show your skills on Poker Night or Karaoke Night. And if you are a sports fan, drop by to watch the game and sip a cold one at the place voted “Best Neighborhood Bar” by KSL.
